Today, many organizations look for candidates with great knowledge and interpersonal skills. Group discussions and personal interviews serve as the best ways to assess the efficiency of candidates.

So, We have developed a special programme to develop the GD and PI skills among candidates who appear for campus placements.

Features of GD-PI Training

Today group discussions and personal interviews have become synonymous with recruitment for every corporation. Group discussions are a simple yet a very efficacious way to determine a candidate’s knowledge on a topic at the same time to gauge his interpersonal skills.

The way a candidate performs in a group and how he responds to various situations which may arise out of group dynamics is a very important tool that companies use when they come for placements. Usually, these group discussions are followed by a round of personal interview where candidates are evaluated on a plethora of parameters: Knowledge of their subject (Engineering), current affairs and sometimes even their reactions to hypothetical situations.

  • Personal interviews are a great avenue to sell oneself to the panel. It’s an important tool which a candidate can use to his or her advantage by focussing on one’s strengths and short selling one’s weaknesses.
